Hello again everybody- it's been a while!
I've been in full on wild ice cream mode since returning from the UK followed by a two week holiday home in Ithaca. I have been back in beautiful Copenhagen for a week now and have spent my days foraging for wild plants, making ice creams, baking cookies, and selling the ice cream sandwiches. Could I have a better job?
