Lunches- The Herring Addition


Cabbage and Carrot Pancakes, Pickled Onion and Cabbage Salad, and A Buckwheat Salad with Roasted  Red Onions and Almonds.
Taco Day!

Stewed Back Beans, Cabbage Salad, 2 Kinds of Pickled Red Onions, Salsa, Tortillas, and Tongue. All homemade!

Grilled Veggies, Pesto, Buckwheat Salad with Tomatoes, Almonds and a Lemon Dressing, Potatoes with Yogurt and Chives, and a Green Salad. This was a garlicy lunch- we loved it!
Herring- Smoked and Pickled, Roasted Fennel, Celery and Broccoli, Celery top Pesto, and Roasted Potatoes.


Pesto Rolls, Carrot and cauliflower Salad, Smoked Herring, Roasted Potatoes and Fennel, and Smoked Mushrooms.
