Staff Lunches


Every meal is a gourmet meal!

Pasta with black garlic and beet green pesto, roasted pork belly and potatoes, cheesy bread, soda bread with fennel and caraway, and salad.

Brown Butter shortbread stuffed with lemon cream from the staff dinner at NOMA.



Crostini with pesto and mushroom, split pea soup, more roasted potatoes and pork, and a big salad.




 Huge salad, pesto and almond quinoa, sauteed spinach and sunflower seeds with a fried egg.


Salad, leek and potato soup, quinoa fritters, bread, braised cabbage with anchovies, and both koji popcorn and cardamom popcorn.




Josh's soup was so photogenic.

We eat well. More meals to come.
